They are included for your review. <br /> At the last meeting, there was a consensus that the project was evolving from a "hands- <br /> off' management of sensitive areas to a more "impact/mitigate" approach and that the <br /> Planning Commission would like to see it return to the original intent. <br /> The conditions of the Conditional Use Permit require the developer to make <br /> modifications to the plan as per your review. Ultimately, the Planning Commission is <br /> asked to approve the vegetation plan. This needs to be done by motion. <br /> Pequot Lakes Staff Report 6(a)-1 <br /> February 19,2009 <br />
