General. <br /> A. Conservation Subdivision and Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br /> requires the assistance of professional planning and usually <br /> involves the approval of multiple agencies or other governmental <br /> bodies. Suitability of lands for the planned unit development approach; <br /> D. Level of current development in the area; and <br /> E. Amounts and types of ownership of undeveloped lands. <br /> F. Size of the parcel and amount,if any, of shoreline. <br /> 3. Design criteria for all new Conservation Subdivisions and PUD's. <br /> A. Minimum Size. All developments must contain at least 3 <br /> contiguous acres of buildable area with a lot width of 400 feet.
