The <br /> time limit may be extended up to six months by the Zoning Administrator." <br /> It appears that only the pole building has been constructed. I can extend this permit to <br /> December 28, 2009, at which time the dwelling must be constructed and the exterior <br /> completed. For your convenience I am enclosing a Land Use Application form for you to <br /> complete. Failure to complete the dwelling will put you in violation of the above section <br /> of the City Code.
