Wilderness,Resort Vegetation Management Plan:
;a.
Mr. Marohn explained that a Staff Report had not been prepared. We have received an
updated plan that looks like Wilderness Resort has tried to incorporate what the Planning
Commission indicated last month. Restoration issues remain along the beach and the
Shore Impact Zone in front of properties 16—22. The issue is how we get from what is
currently in the Shore Impact Zone and what appears on this Plan.
Jeff Miller, WSN, represented the applicant. Last month Chad Connor and Tom Steffens
presented the plan and negotiated it with the Planning Commission. Mr. Miller hoped
this new plan was what the Planning Commission anticipated. He hoped to incorporate
any other changes the Planning Commission would like tonight.
MINUTES 16
Pequot Lakes Planning Commission
February 19, 2009
