Zoning Administrator's Report A. March Permits: The following permits were issued over the last month by the Zoning Department: 1. Sean Harguth, new home, attached garage and accessory structure; 2. Wilderness Resort Villas, LLC, demolition of 3 cabins; 3. Brian Pahl, permit extension to December 28, 2009. *** Permit applications through March, 2009 are 3, compared with 15 for 2008, 15 for 2007, 20 for 2006, 20 for 2005 and 22 for 2004! B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since the last meeting: 1. March 20 letter to Justin Bolz-Andolshek regarding Planning Commission approval of for temporary structure/use. 2. March 30 letter to Justin Bolz-Andolshek regarding application submittal. 3. March 31 letter to Celeste Torgerson regarding stormwater issue in Field of Dreams. 4. April 1 letter to Brian Pahl regarding extension of Land Use Permit 07-56. 5. April 2 letter to Dennis Groess regarding Bluff questions. �. 6. April 3 letter to Virgil Dahl regarding potential construction of accessory structure. C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning Commission. 1. James and Barbara Whitty— (6/04) 2. Thomas Tulenchik—Mr. Tulenchik has been advised of the unresolved violations on his parcel. (5105) 3. Virgil Dahl—Staff and the Police Chief will continue to meet with Mr. Dahl until his exterior storage issues are resolved. (10/06) 4. Stacey and Karin Simons—Mr. and Mrs. Simons are moving forward with their plan to construct the fences. (7/07) 5. Robert Swenson—Exterior storage and abandoned vehicles.
