C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning Commission. 1. James and Barbara Whitty— This property has been sold. Staff is working with the new owner to resolve the issues from the 2004 violation. (6/04) 2. Thomas Tulenchik—Mr. Tulenchik has been advised of the unresolved violations on his parcel. (5105) 3. Virgil Dahl—Staff and the Police Chief will continue to meet with Mr. Dahl until his exterior storage issues are resolved. (10/06) 4. Robert Swenson—Exterior storage and abandoned vehicles. Only two vehicles remain along the alley,the refuse has been removed and it appears they are attempting to remove the exterior storage. No response from Mr. Swenson. (8/07) 5. Patrick Greer—The tenant at his property has moved out leaving abandoned vehicles, refuse and garbage. Mr. Greer has been contacted by the Police Department and by Staff. This has been an ongoing situation. The refuse and garbage have been removed;the abandoned vehicles remain. (12/07 and 6/09) 6. Elaine Yablonsky, Boardwalk Scoops—Constructed a fence and placed a freezer unit in City ROW without a permit. (7/07) 7. Kevin and Carmel Yeats—Excess recreational vehicles and potential abandoned vehicles. (6/08) 8. Peterson, Gary—Extensive grading. SWCD visited this property on May 7 and will report to property owner. (7/08) 9. Wilderness Resort Villas—Constructed illegal beach. 10. Thomas and Janice Link—Constructed garage in side yard setback. (6/08) 11. Farmers Insurance Co.—Temporary sign and motor vehicle on street (5/09) 12. Kristine Sivanich—Exterior storage and abandoned vehicles. (5/09) 13. Jan Lee—Exterior storage and abandoned vehicles. (5/09) 14. Celeste Shop and Gallery—Offsite signs. (6/09) 15.
