C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is <br /> currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will <br /> report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> 1. James and Barbara Whitty— This property has been sold. Staff is <br /> working with the new owner to resolve the issues from the 2004 violation. <br /> (6/04) <br /> 2. Thomas Tulenchik—Mr. Tulenchik has been advised of the unresolved <br /> violations on his parcel. (5105) <br /> 3. Virgil Dahl—Staff and the Police Chief will continue to meet with Mr. <br /> Dahl until his exterior storage issues are resolved. (10/06) <br /> 4. Robert Swenson—Exterior storage and abandoned vehicles. Only two <br /> vehicles remain along the alley,the refuse has been removed and it <br /> appears they are attempting to remove the exterior storage. No response <br /> from Mr. Swenson. (8/07) <br /> 5. Patrick Greer—The tenant at his property has moved out leaving <br /> abandoned vehicles, refuse and garbage. Mr. Greer has been contacted by <br /> the Police Department and by Staff. This has been an ongoing situation. <br /> The refuse and garbage have been removed;the abandoned vehicles <br /> remain. (12/07 and 6/09) <br /> 6. Elaine Yablonsky, Boardwalk Scoops—Constructed a fence and placed a <br /> freezer unit in City ROW without a permit. (7/07) <br /> 7. Kevin and Carmel Yeats—Excess recreational vehicles and potential <br /> abandoned vehicles. (6/08) <br /> 8. Peterson, Gary—Extensive grading. SWCD visited this property on May <br /> 7 and will report to property owner. (7/08) <br /> 9. Wilderness Resort Villas—Constructed illegal beach. <br /> 10. Thomas and Janice Link—Constructed garage in side yard setback. (6/08) <br /> 11. Farmers Insurance Co.—Temporary sign and motor vehicle on street <br /> (5/09) <br /> 12. Kristine Sivanich—Exterior storage and abandoned vehicles. (5/09) <br /> 13. Jan Lee—Exterior storage and abandoned vehicles. (5/09) <br /> 14. Celeste Shop and Gallery—Offsite signs.
