" <br /> I <br /> The City Code further states in Section 17-7.1 (2)that "All signs are considered <br /> structures and require a Zoning Permit..." <br /> The City Code further states in Section 17-7.1 (3-B)that "Each parcel shall be allowed, <br /> for up to 14 days during any 90 day period temporary signs, including banners, <br /> streamers and portable signs for special events, such as grand openings and <br /> promotions... " <br /> The City Code further states in Section 17-7.1 (4-G)that "No signs, except for official <br /> traffic signs, shall be placed on or overhang public property, except where specific <br /> permission is granted by the Planning Commission." <br /> The City Code further states in Section 17-7.1 (6-A)that "Off-site signs are <br /> prohibited... " <br />
