Northern Food King, 30945 First Street,temporary structure; <br /> 4. David Anderson, 31086 N. Heath Street, accessory structure. <br /> *** Permit applications through April, 2009 are 12, compared with 24 for 2008, <br /> 29 for 2007, 31 for 2006, 35 for 2005 and 32 for 2004! <br /> B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since the last <br /> meeting: <br /> 1. April 13 letter to James and Lisa Urseth regarding garbage; <br /> 2. April 13 letter to Annette Hervey regarding abandoned vehicles and exterior <br /> storage; <br /> 3. April 22 letter to Justin Bolz-Andolshek regarding land use permit; <br /> 4. May 12 letter to Farmers Insurance Agency regarding signs; <br /> 5. May 12 letter to American National Bank regarding For Sale sign; <br /> �. 6. May 12 letter to Kristine Sivanich regarding maintenance, exterior storage and <br /> abandoned vehicles; <br /> 7. May 12 letter to Jan Lee regarding maintenance, exterior storage and abandoned <br /> vehicles. <br /> 8. May 12 letter from City Engineer to Carl Smith, Jr. <br /> 9. Duties of City Planning Commissions from the April 2009 issue of Minnesota <br /> Cities. <br /> 10. May 14 letter to Stacey and Karin Simons regarding fence construction. <br /> 11. May 14 letter to Lonesome Real Estate, LLC regarding construction without a <br /> Land Use Permit. <br /> C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is <br /> currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will <br /> report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> 1. James and Barbara Whitty— This property has been sold.
