Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is <br /> currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will <br /> report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> 1. James and Barbara Whitty— This property has been sold. Staff is <br /> working with the new owner to resolve the issues from the 2004 violation. <br /> (6/04) <br /> 2.
