Mr. Adams stated that the Breezy Point issue had nothing to do with bringing this back <br /> for discussion. Two things the City needs to examine is how to <br /> make this healthy and prosperous. The notion is that we need to keep taxes low to attract <br /> businesses, as well as making a smooth regulatory environment that protects peoples <br /> investments. Having water and sewer extended to the alternate alignment is tonight's <br /> discussion.
