. Mr. Woog stated that a CUP is not needed for the use; we need to solve the gap and curb
stop issues and the water/wastewater issue with the building to the north.
Timing—Applicant plans to bring Final Plat to Planning Commission in June. It would
be helpful to have the Declaration at Preliminary Plat,the sooner the better.
Items to complete:
1. Determine ownership of the sanitary sewer and water;
2. Verify curb stops locations and show on drawings;
3. Declaration will determine how assessments will be paid;
4. Paul Sandelin will determine the legalities of the utility easement;
5. Timing-Keep moving toward Final Plat at June meeting.
Mr.Nagel wanted to be sure no snags pop up, such as screening, etc. It was the
consensus of the group that it is consistent with the rest of the park,but it could be
improved. Screening standards should have been part of the original CUP.
