The total amount billed through my office is $439.91. There will be a <br /> recording fee of$46.00 and miscellaneous copy costs so an estimate of costs through my office <br /> would be $500.00. I am including a total of$939.75 on the Notice unless part of the $439.75 is <br /> from prior invoices from my office. Please review and have the document signed by Sandy in <br /> front of a notary and return it to my office and I will forward the same to the Crow Wing County <br /> Recorder's Office for recording. For your information there is a pending foreclosure on the <br /> Whitty property by the first mortgage holder. The foreclosure sale is scheduled for May 3, 2007. <br /> We will record the Notice however it is subject to the foreclosure. My understanding also is that <br /> the property is listed for sale as well.
