All signs are <br /> considered structures and require a Zoning Permit. . . " <br /> The City Code further states in Section 17-711 (3 B) "Exempt Sign. Each parcel shall be <br /> allowed for up to 14 days during any 90 day period, temporary signs, including banners, <br /> streamers and portable signs for special events, such as grand openings and promotions, <br /> provided they meet the following: <br /> (1) The total cumulative area of all temporary signs shall not exceed one half of <br /> the area allowed for a permanent sign in said zoning district, as provided for <br /> in Section 7.1, Subdivision 5. <br /> (2) No more than four (4) temporary signs shall be on display at a given time for <br /> each parcel,provided that the total area of the signs conforms to the <br /> provisions of subpart(1) contained herein. <br /> I have been to your property and taken the enclosed picture. If this picture accurately <br /> depicts your property,I would have to find that you are in violation of these provisions of <br /> the City Code. <br /> I <br />
