5/20/09 <br /> City of Pequot Lakes <br /> Att: Dawn Bittner <br /> PIN: 29132001013Z009 <br /> Dear Ms. Bittner: <br /> I am writing in regards to your letter, dated 12/31/08, and the past discussion <br /> about an inspection to my sewer system. <br /> Due to the down turn in the economic situation, my employment status has <br /> been gravely changed and has un-fortunately affected my personal income. I <br /> enclosed copies of two documents. One from my employer and the other <br /> from my health care provider. <br /> I am asking that the City take my situation into consideration and help me by <br /> not requiring me to spend money on an inspection. All documents have been <br /> provided and my paper work for the septic system is in order. If the city <br /> feels something is wrong with my septic system, of course an inspection can <br /> be done, but please, not at a cost to me. Initially, this whole issue only arose <br /> from some paper work. The permit for the system is in my name and my <br /> name still remains on the title. <br /> I am currently working on monies to bring my property taxes current and <br /> keeping up with that. <br /> Thank you for your time and consideration to this matter and I look forward <br /> to better economic times. <br /> Richard Berndt <br /> 6002 114 th Pl.
