Dale Schulz, 27248 West Twin Lake Drive, for an accessory structure; <br /> 4. RV Resort Village; 26886 Hurtig Road, Club House and Bath House; <br /> 5. Pestello's Bar, 31094 Front Street, 3-season patio; <br /> 6. Robert Swanson, 3929 County Road 17, for a storage shed. <br /> *** Permit applications through May, 2009 are 19, compared with 41 for 2008, <br /> 45 for 2007, 51 for 2006, 69 for 2005 and 60 for 2004! <br /> B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since the last <br /> meeting: <br /> 1. May 18 letter to David and Christine Kennedy regarding exterior storage and <br /> maintenance; <br /> 2. May 18 letter to Jason and Tina Laxen regarding construction without a permit; <br /> 3. May 18 email from Paul Sandelin regarding Whitty Violation; <br /> �. 4. May 19 letter to Brain Pahl regarding permit extension; <br /> 5. May 20 letter to Mr. and Mrs. Randy Branstad regarding former Whitty violation; <br /> 6. June 2 letter to Terry Berg regarding failed septic system; <br /> 7. June 3 letter to David Hallbeck regarding maintenance and visual standards; <br /> 8. Series of 5 letters to and from Richard Berndt regarding compliance inspection; <br /> 9. June 4 letter to Celeste Shop and Gallery regarding offsite signs; <br /> 10. Letter from David Hallbeck received June 8; <br /> 11. June 8 letter to Discount Finance regarding old Whalen Woods sign; <br /> 12. June 8 letter to Lonesome Real Estate regarding temporary sign exceeding 14 <br /> days. <br /> 13. June 9 letter to Elaine May regarding permit application. <br /> C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is <br /> currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will <br /> report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> 1. James and Barbara Whitty— This property has been sold.
