The open house will run all day — from 8:oo AM to 8:oo PM — <br /> and residents are encouraged to stop in at their own convenience to participate. <br /> Participation should take between 15 and 30 minutes. <br /> To make sure we have a local feel and presence at the event, and to reduce costs, we are <br /> asking Planning Commission members to volunteer to take a two hour shift at the event. <br /> Volunteers will be expected to help people get signed in and to get them oriented as to <br /> how to provide feedback. Easy stuff,but important. <br /> We have the following time slots available.
