I have been to the property and taken the enclosed <br /> photographs which clearly indicate that you are in violation of the conditions of approval <br /> of your Conditional Use Permit. <br /> Finding of Fact Number 11 states: "The applicant has proposed to maintain existing <br /> vegetation along the perimeter of the property, supplementing the northern boundary <br /> with additional trees for screening. Trees and vegetation along the eastern portion of the <br /> property are also proposed to be maintained The proposed use of vegetation should <br /> provide the required 5001 screening required from the road or any non-residential parcel <br /> in the area." <br /> Fmding of Fact Number 14 states. "The property is largely wooded, and the applicant <br /> proposes to remove vegetation on the western portion of the property and accommodate <br /> the proposed structure and parking, while maintaining the vegetation and trees along the <br /> eastern portion of the property. There otherwise are not any sites of historic or natural <br /> significance on the site." <br /> This is a serious matter which we expect you to take immediate action to address. <br /> Upon receipt of this notice of violation,you must do the following; <br /> 1. Immediately cease and desist all further excavation and vegetation removal. <br />
