The property currently contains a call center. The new operators will not <br /> require any changes to the property, except to the sign. There are currently 103 parking <br /> spaces on the property. <br /> u + amuwaw <br /> A call center would be classified as Commercial Use, (Other, Not Classified) in the land <br /> use matrix which requires a conditional use permit. <br /> Applicable Regulations:The following regulations apply to this property: <br /> Section 17-4.4 NON-CONFORMING STRUCTURES AND USES <br /> 1.
