1. James and Barbara Whitty— This property has been sold. Staff is <br /> working with the new owner to resolve the issues from the 2004 violation. <br /> (6/04) <br /> 2. Thomas Tulenchik—Mr. Tulenchik has been advised of the unresolved <br /> violations on his parcel. (5/05) <br /> 3. Virgil Dahl— Staff and the Police Chief will continue to meet with Mr. <br /> Dahl until his exterior storage issues are resolved. (10/06) <br /> 4. Stacey and Karin Simons—The fence is being constructed and this will be <br /> removed from the violation list when completed. (7/07) <br /> 5. Robert Swenson—Exterior storage and abandoned vehicles. There are 5 <br /> abandoned vehicles parked along the alley as well as exterior storage. No <br /> response from Mr. Swenson. (8/07) <br /> 6. Patrick Greer—The tenant at his property has moved out leaving <br /> abandoned vehicles, refuse and garbage. Mr. Greer has been contacted by <br /> the Police Department and by Staff. This has been an ongoing situation. <br /> The refuse and garbage have been removed; the abandoned vehicles <br /> remain. (12/07 and 6/09) <br /> 7. Elaine Yablonsky, Boardwalk Scoops—Constructed a fence and placed a <br /> freezer unit in City ROW without a permit. (7/07) <br /> 8. Kevin and Carmel Yeats—Excess recreational vehicles and potential <br /> abandoned vehicles. (6/08) <br /> 9. Peterson, Gary—Extensive grading. SWCD visited this property on May <br /> 7 and will report to property owner. (7/08) <br /> 10. Wilderness Resort Villas—Constructed illegal beach. <br /> 11. Thomas and Janice Link—Constructed garage in side yard setback. (6/08) <br /> 12. James and Lisa Urseth—Garbage. The garbage was immediately <br /> removed. Staff will monitor. (4/09) <br /> 13. Annette Hervey—Abandoned vehicles. (4/09) <br /> 14. Farmers Insurance Co. —Temporary sign and motor vehicle on street <br /> (5/09) <br /> 15. American National Bank—The large For Sale sign was removed. We <br /> consider this matter resolved. (5/09) <br /> 16. Kristine Sivanich—Exterior storage and abandoned vehicles.
