A new site <br /> plan l boundary was submitted in the days just prior to the preparation of this report that <br /> dramatically changed the way the property was to be subdivided. Our initial report on this <br /> request is no longer valid. <br /> We anticipate that further changes to this site are going to be made, depending on how <br /> the rezoning decision proceeds. If the property is rezoned AMU, we anticipate some <br /> additional property being needed to provide for the physical connections to the downtown <br /> area. If the existing commercial zoning remains, the applicant is going to need to figure <br /> out how to acquire more land or reduce the building size to meet coverage limitations. <br /> Either way, the current configuration we have is changing and is likely to change further. <br /> We recommend that this request be tabled pending a decision on the rezoning. <br /> Pequot Lakes Staff Report 6(a)-1 <br /> August 20,2009 <br />
