The applicant has also applied for a metes and bounds subdivision <br /> application to combine parts of the current lot with the lots directly to the southwest and <br /> west of it. The proposed grocery store would be approximately 30,000 square feet with <br /> an additional retail space of approximately 3,000 square feet connected to the main <br /> building on the south side. Performance Standards. The following performance standards apply to all <br /> development in this zone: <br /> A. Impervious Coverage.
