However,when I visited your property yesterday I <br /> documented that the concrete and tar had been removed as directed by the Planning <br /> Commission but the Storm Water Management Plan had not been implemented. <br /> Specifically,the following items remain to be completed: <br /> 1. Install silt fence, create turf drainage swale and create rain garden A; <br /> 2. Install silt fence and create rain garden B; <br /> 3. Install silt fence, restore turf and create the 6 inch high berm along the crest of the <br /> bank to prevent direct run off to the lake. <br /> I am enclosing a copy of the Storm Water Plan you submitted August 19,2010 for your <br /> reference.
