St. Alice Church, 30085 Old Highway 371,to remove and replace a deck; <br /> 4. Timothy Brawley, 27671 West Twin Lake Drive, for a new home; <br /> 5. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since the last <br /> meeting: <br /> 1. October 15 letter from Randon Johnson explaining timeframe for completion of <br /> construction; <br /> 2. October 28 letter from Attorney Loretta Hillier explaining why construction has <br /> not been completed for Lloyd Wass; <br /> 3. November 3 letter to Dale and Ione Olson requesting an onsite meeting to discuss <br /> restoration of ATF shoreline alteration; <br /> 4. November 9 letter to Brunes Royce LLC regarding resolution of potential <br /> violation; <br /> 5. November 9 Memo to the Economic Development Committee; <br /> 6. November 9 letter to Mr. and Mrs. Link regarding impervious coverage/storm <br /> water plan. <br /> C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is <br /> currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will <br /> report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> ➢ Thomas Tulenchik—Mr. Tulenchik has been advised of the unresolved violations <br /> on his parcel.
