Zoning Administrator's Report A. September Permits: The following permits were issued over the last month by the Zoning Department: 1. Margaret Hendrickson, 4840 Olson Road, for an accessory structure; 2. Andrew and Carla Swenson, 6267 Akerson Road, to amend Land Use Permit 10- 47; 3. St. Alice Church, 30085 Old Highway 371,to remove and replace a deck; 4. Timothy Brawley, 27671 West Twin Lake Drive, for a new home; 5. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since the last meeting: 1. October 15 letter from Randon Johnson explaining timeframe for completion of construction; 2. October 28 letter from Attorney Loretta Hillier explaining why construction has not been completed for Lloyd Wass; 3. November 3 letter to Dale and Ione Olson requesting an onsite meeting to discuss restoration of ATF shoreline alteration; 4. November 9 letter to Brunes Royce LLC regarding resolution of potential violation; 5. November 9 Memo to the Economic Development Committee; 6. November 9 letter to Mr. and Mrs. Link regarding impervious coverage/storm water plan. C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning Commission. ➢ Thomas Tulenchik—Mr. Tulenchik has been advised of the unresolved violations on his parcel.
