Proposed Drainage plan <br /> As of submission of this variance I am checking into <br /> some type of rain barrel system that we can attach to <br /> gutters and use for watering. <br /> After septic system is installed would like to build a <br /> couple more walls on south side of drive for heavy <br /> rains to slow water down. <br /> Other key notes <br /> We are very active in Sibley Lake Assc. And LID <br /> which we are very concerned about what runs in lake. <br /> Best and most important part is obtaining a new <br /> septic system if variance doesn't get approved will <br /> only remodel home and do nothing with septic. <br /> Take notice of what we have done to property already <br /> to stop the run-off that comes down the city street <br /> from both the north and south. <br />
