" <br /> Sales of retail goods on an ongoing basis require a Conditional Use Permit for a Home <br /> Occupation III in the Urban Residential zone. If you wish to pursue a Conditional Use <br /> Permit to operate a Home Occupation III,you will need to complete the application form, <br /> pay the $350 fee and be placed on an upcoming Planning Commission agenda for a <br /> public hearing. <br /> The ongoing Yard sales/Garage sales must cease. The number of days of operation likely <br /> exceed seven cumulative days for this calendar year.
