July 26, 2012
Dear Mayor and City Council Members:
I am requesting that the City council remove the two-block parking restriction along
West Sibley Street. This "no parking" ban has limited parking for property owners and
tenants for all uses including personal and business parking. I believe this parking ban is
completely unnecessary. When the City Council approved this ban in 2004, none of the
property owners or tenants had any input in the decision.
If the Council deems the "no parking" to be required, a possible solution would be no
parking on one side of the road. Personally I do not feel that it is necessary to restrict
parking and prefer that parking be allowed on both sides of the road and. In fact, parked
vehicles along the road could possibly eliminate the problem of speeders along W.
Sibley.
Thank you,
Karen Ettesvold ,., ?^ -o" — i/ ? lt. ( ,
L SK.s

N ► s;by s
`}euul- L.Ks, Ml Sy7Z
/I,L'j ,
c SC.,c ,,
-IZ►s v1- 5; y.
...-a- L , ►Y►v S-` 7 Z
U' J ' 1
l_ , /}P
 , "' 'v "
' { d C w y

. u 3t-f _ ' c-,
