As for noise, Mr. Marohn explained that the Ordinance cites MPCA standards of 60 <br /> decibels during the day and 50 decibels at night,measured at the property line. The <br /> owner would need to meet that. <br /> Mr. Woog asked if this were an accessory use since the applicants don't live on site. Mr. <br /> Marohn explained that the Ordinance was not written so that the use be an accessory use. <br /> A Home Occupation is an accessory use but a boarding facility is not. <br /> Mr. Pederson asked if the requirements of Section 17-11.6 (4-13 been met.
