Parcel ID is: <br /> 296060010010009 to 296060010460009. <br /> Purpose: To reconfigure location and increase the number of lots from 46 to 61, and <br /> relocate the lodge facility, fitness center and swimming pool in the Shoreline Commercial <br /> and Open Space zoning classifications. Applicants propose to decrease the size of the <br /> lots and the buildings to be constructed to allow for the increased number of units.
