Parcel ID is: <br /> `-- <br /> 296060010010009 to 296060010460009. <br /> Purpose: Application is to amend the Conditional Use Permit to reconfigure location <br /> and increase the number of lots from 46 to 61 and relocate the lodge facility, fitness <br /> center and swimming pool in the Shoreline Commercial and Open Space zoning <br /> classifications. Applicants propose to decrease the size of the lots and buildings to be <br /> constructed to allow for an increased number of units.
