"
The City Code further states in Section 17-7.6 VISUAL STANDARDS that "No use
shall create, maintain or continue any activity or structure which has a strong negative
visual impact or offends the morals or violates the standards of the City. "
I have been to your property and taken the enclosed pictures. If these pictures accurately
depict the condition of your property, I would have to find that you are in violation of
these two provisions of the City Code.
As opposed to formally citing you for a violation of the City Code, we would like the
opportunity to work with you to correct the situation. We are requesting that by no
later than June 14,2010 you mow your grass and maintain a neat yard for the
remainder of the season.
4638 CouNTY ROAD 11 • PFQuoT LnEF-s, MN 56472 • (218) 568-5222 • Fnx: (218) 568-5860 • www.pequodakes-mn.gov
