Zoning Administrator's Report <br /> A. May Permits: The following permits were issued over the last month by the <br /> Zoning Department: <br /> 1. Earl Hansen, 27747 Janco Lane, for an accessory structure; <br /> 2. Ryan Ringstrom, 3879 West Sibley Street, for an accessory structure; <br /> 3. Cathi McBryde, 3734 County Road 168, for a new roof and fence; <br /> 4. Ind. School Dist. 186, 30805 Olson Street, for an accessory structure; <br /> 5. Thomas Armitage, 27595 County Road 107, to extend Land Use Permit 08-01; <br /> 6. Thomas Lanning, 3893 West Sibley Street, for an accessory structure. <br /> *** Permit applications through May, 2010 are 30, compared with 19 for 2009, <br /> 41 for 2008, 45 for 2007, 51 for 2006, 69 for 2005 and 60 for 2004! <br /> B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since the last <br /> meeting: <br /> 1. June 2 letter to Timothy& Cynthia Moore regarding their lawn; <br /> 2. June 2 letter to Patrick Greer regarding their lawn; <br /> 3. June 2 letter to Charles Gordon and Brenda Theien regarding their lawn; <br /> 4. June 3 letter to David and Renee Anderson regarding side yard encroachment; <br /> 5. June 4 letter to William Moen regarding his lawn; <br /> 6. June 7 letter to Rager's Acres Resort&RV Park regarding removal of their sign; <br /> 7. June 7 letter to Wilderness Resort regarding Ordinance Amendment approval; <br /> 8. June 10 letter to Seeds of Sommer regarding excess signage; <br /> 9. June 10 letter to Chuck and Karen Knierim regarding rummage Sale <br /> C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is <br /> currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will <br /> report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> ➢ James and Barbara Whitty— This property has been sold. Staff is working with <br /> the new owner to resolve the issues from the 2004 violation. Staff will contact the <br /> new owner in June for an onsite visit. (6/04) <br /> ➢ Thomas Tulenchik—Mr. Tulenchik has been advised of the unresolved violations <br /> on his parcel.
