Construction of the lean-to on the"sleeper cabin"to store your pickup and lawn <br /> mower could be completed, including wood siding to match the cabin; <br /> 2. The privacy fences will be permanently removed; <br /> 3. The City Code allows one(1) recreational vehicle; all recreational vehicles and <br /> campers in excess of one (1)will be permanently removed; <br /> 4. All items currently stored out in the open shall be permanently removed and <br /> disposed of; <br /> 5. There shall be no further accumulation of refuse and debris on these premises; <br /> 6. There shall be no items stored out in the open that are visible from public right-of- <br /> way. <br /> 7. Permanently removed means removed from the premises, not moved to another <br /> location on the premises. <br /> Removal of all refuse,debris,fences, recreational vehicles and other items stored <br /> outside shall be completed by no later than June 15,2010. Failure to do so by June <br /> 15,2010 shall prompt the City to take more aggressive action.
