b. SuperValu Landscape Plan- <br /> Mr. Marohn explained that SuperValu would like to remove the shrubs and trees along <br /> the south side of the building and place sidewalk in that location. The trees break up the <br /> structure size and they should provide architectural drawings how they plan to enhance <br /> that wall, such as a stripe or mural. <br /> The Planning Commission agreed to allow the trees and shrubs to be moved to the <br /> southwest area and replace with sidewalk,keep the shrubs on the peninsula and have <br /> Staff approve the wall enhancement. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> a. Delbert and"Chem Nelson—Staff reported they have 4 pugs, a lab and a basset. <br /> Noise from barking seems to be the problem and the property owner will need to <br /> minimize the'barking. Suggestions were bark collars or obedience training. If the <br /> nuisance goes away,the complaint goes away. <br /> 2. Virgil Dahl—Staff reported that she and the Police Chief visited Mr. Dahl <br /> recently.
