b. SuperValu Landscape Plan- Mr. Marohn explained that SuperValu would like to remove the shrubs and trees along the south side of the building and place sidewalk in that location. The trees break up the structure size and they should provide architectural drawings how they plan to enhance that wall, such as a stripe or mural. The Planning Commission agreed to allow the trees and shrubs to be moved to the southwest area and replace with sidewalk,keep the shrubs on the peninsula and have Staff approve the wall enhancement. OLD BUSINESS: a. Ethics Policy— The Planning Commission understands where this conversation came from;they can be neutral and they should be open to people coming t �. The following Potential ViolatioiistEnforcement Actions were discussed: 1. Delbert and"Chem Nelson—Staff reported they have 4 pugs, a lab and a basset. Noise from barking seems to be the problem and the property owner will need to minimize the'barking. Suggestions were bark collars or obedience training. If the nuisance goes away,the complaint goes away. 2. Virgil Dahl—Staff reported that she and the Police Chief visited Mr. Dahl recently.
