Applicant was present as well as Bob Ogdahl <br /> from Architecture One. Last moth the application was tabled to allow the lake setback <br /> and bluff setback to be indicated on the survey. The drawing submitted tonight indicates <br /> the outbuilding is being removed. Staff cannot recommend approval but should the <br /> Planning Commission decide to approve,two conditions have been suggested. The <br /> Planning Commission asked if they could request the sunroom be moved further out of <br /> the setback.
