What is the most effective way to <br /> growjobs? <br /> • I i goal is to generate tax base on the premise that it will lower <br /> every* taxes,the way we have done it does not do that. <br /> • If the goal of Industrial Park expansion is to grow jobs,the conclusion is it I <br /> happened but at what cost and is there a more effective way to grow job4 <br /> Mayor Adams stated the analysis is good, but it may be better to make a general <br /> statement about a synopsis and put this at the end of the document. The other sections <br /> are more general. Mr. Marohn agreed that we need to summarize our view and it should <br /> be somewhere else.
