February 24 letter to Hollson, Inc.regarding potential sign at Super America; <br /> 3. ; February 25 letter to Thomas and Janice Link regarding their Auer-the-Fact <br /> Variance request; <br /> 4. February 25 letter to David and Christine Kennedy regarding their Home <br /> Occupation request; <br /> 4 5. February 25 email from City Attorney Sandelin regarding Used Car Sales; <br /> 6. March 3 letter to Mike Pestello regarding Used Car Sales; <br /> 7. March 3 letter to Wilderness Resort Villas, LLC regarding easement deeds; <br /> 8. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The city staff is <br /> currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will <br /> report on each of these each month until they are resolved`to the satisfaction of the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> James and Barbara Whitty— This property has been sold. Staff is working with <br /> the new owner to resolve the issues from the 2004 violation. (6104) <br /> ➢ Thomas Tulenchik—Mr. Tulenchik has been advised of the unresolved violations <br /> on his parcel. (5105) <br /> ➢ Virgil Dahl'—Staff and the Police Chief will continue to meet with Mr. Dahl until <br /> his exterior storage issues are resolved. (10106) <br /> ➢` Robert Swenson—Exterior storage and abandoned vehicles. Only two vehicles <br /> remain along the alley,the refuse has been removed and most of the exterior <br /> storage has been removed. No response from Mr. Swenson.
