The Chair and the Vice-Chair, acting as representatives of the Planning <br /> Commission, and not necessarily their own viewpoints, should feel free to <br /> meet with applicants and discuss alternative courses of action. The Chair and <br /> the Vice-Chair should be expected to report to the Planning Commission any <br /> agreements or assurances they make to the applicant, or any suggestions that <br /> may be construed by the applicant as such. <br /> 3.
