(6) Describe character of the area and the existing patterns and uses of development in the <br /> area. <br /> How is this proposal consistent with those patterns and uses? <br /> The neighborhood consists of typical lakeside recreational <br /> and residential development. The majority predates zoning <br /> restrictions. As a result, many properties have non-conforming <br /> structures, and numerous variances have been granted for lots <br /> in this old plat. <br /> (7) Describe the impact on the capacity of existing or planned community facilities (sewer,drainage, <br /> other). Describe if additional facilities will be required. <br /> There is no impact. <br /> (8) Describe the impact on the character of the neighborhood in which the property is located. <br /> The overall change is an improvement since the new garage <br /> replaced a very old, less attractive garage. <br /> (9) Describe the impact to traffic on roads and highways in the vicinity, and expected traffic <br /> generated by this application. Is there adequate parldng available to accommodate the proposal? <br /> There will be no impact. Adequate parking is available. <br /> (10) Discuss any environmental limitations of the site or area. <br /> There are none. <br /> (10) Please include any other comments pertinent to this request. <br /> Our contractor erroneously located the garage with a corner <br /> 4. 7 ' into the sideyard setback.
