The <br /> property currently contains a single-family dwelling that is used as a seasonal cabin. The <br /> property owners are wishing to rebuild a more suitable dwelling for year round use. The <br /> existing dwelling encroaches into the lake setback and the bluff setback and the request <br /> is to replace the original dwelling while adding an addition that would encroach further <br /> into the bluff and lake setback. The dwelling encroaches into the bluff and lake setback (30 foot bluff setback <br /> and 75 foot lake setback required). <br /> The existing property contains a dwelling (1,464 s.f. / encroaches into bluff and lake <br /> setback), shed (101 s.f. / encroaches into bluff and lake setback), steps and deck (850 <br /> s.f.), and driveway(631 s.f.).
