Zoning Administrator's Report <br /> A. January Permits: The following permits were issued over the last month by <br /> the Zoning Department: <br /> 1. Wilderness Resort Villas, LLC, 6316 Wilderness Road, for a new dwelling; <br /> 2. Wilderness Resort Villas, LLC, 6316 Wilderness Road, for a new dwelling. <br /> *** Permit applications through January, 2011 are 4, compared with 3 for 2010, 0 for <br /> 2009, 4 for 2008, 6 for 2007, 3 for 2006, 9 for 2005 and 7 for 2004! <br /> B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since the last <br /> meeting: <br /> 1. January 27 letter to Kaj Reiter, Leroy Signs, regarding digital sign application; <br /> 2. January 27 letter to Steve Quisberg returning CUP application for digital signs; <br /> 3. February 1 letter to Brad Busbey,Anderson Bros.,regarding former Derfler Pit; <br /> 4. February 1 letter to Wilderness Resort Villas, LLC, regarding 60-day extension; <br /> 5. February 3 Memo to Park Board requesting comments on Comp Plan update; <br /> 6. February 7 letter to John and Barbara Derksen regarding snowmobiles; <br /> 7. February 7 letter to Loretta Hillier requesting construction completion date for <br /> Lloyd Wass. <br /> C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is <br /> currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will <br /> report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> ➢ Thomas Tulenchik—Mr. Tulenchik has been advised of the unresolved violations <br /> on his parcel. (5105) <br /> ➢ Virgil Dahl—This matter has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney. <br /> (10/06) <br /> ➢ Peterson, Gary—Extensive grading. Mr. Peterson has been fined by the MPCA <br /> and the MPCA is monitoring restoration. (7/08) <br /> ➢ Thomas and Janice Link—Constructed garage in side yard setback.
