Zoning Administrator's Report <br /> A. February Permits: The following permits were issued over the last month <br /> by the Zoning Department: <br /> 1. Wilderness Resort Villas, LLC, 6316 Wilderness Road, for three permits to <br /> move existing cabins to new lots. <br /> *** Permit applications through February, 2011 are 7, compared with 6 for 2010, 0 <br /> for 2009, 7 for 2008, 10 for 2007, 14 for 2006, 12 for 2005 and 14 for 2004! <br /> B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since the last <br /> meeting: <br /> 1. February 3 letter from the Minnesota Department of Health regarding Wellhead <br /> Protection Plan update; <br /> 2. February 18 letter from Wilderness Resort Villas, LLC, requesting permit fees be <br /> waived; <br /> 3. February 23 letter to Donald Babinski regarding CUP; <br /> 4. February 24 Memo to Mayor and City Council regarding Wilderness Resort <br /> Villas, LLC,permit fees; <br /> 5. February 25 Memo from MN/DOT to Marty Johnson regarding Highway access <br /> for the animal shelter; <br /> 6. February 28 letter to Kaj Reiter regarding signage at SuperValu; <br /> 7. March 3 letter to Kevin Nelson regarding chickens; <br /> 8. March 3 letter to Wilderness Resort Villas, LLC, waiving permit fees. <br /> C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is <br /> currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will <br /> report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> ➢ Thomas Tulenchik—Mr. Tulenchik has been advised of the unresolved violations <br /> on his parcel. (5105) <br /> ➢ Virgil Dahl—This matter has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney. <br /> (10/06) <br /> ➢ Peterson, Gary—Extensive grading.
