CCOMMUNITY C,ty of <br /> cwiwowTn Pequot <br /> INSTITUTE Ues:: �- <br /> STAFF REPORT <br /> Application: Conditional Use Application for Additional Signage <br /> Applicant: Steve Quisberg, SuperValu <br /> Agenda Item: 5(a) <br /> Background Information: The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit for <br /> additional signage for the SuperValu Property located at 30497 State Highway 371. <br /> Currently the property contains signage for identification of the supermarket <br /> (approximately 150 sq. ft.), and the pharmacy(approximately 54 sq. ft.) on the fagade of <br /> the principal structure. The property also contains two-sided free standing, cabinet style <br /> sign(88 sq.ft.) near the highway,identifying the business. <br /> The applicant is proposing signage for identification of the gas station as well as a <br /> manual changeable track system sign for the display of gas prices. The proposed signs <br /> would be on both the east and west sides of the existing gas canopy. The proposed <br /> signage for identification of the gas station would read "Pequot Lakes Fuel Center" and <br /> would be 15'x 3' (45 sq. ft.).
