The property also contains two-sided free standing, cabinet style <br /> sign(88 sq.ft.) near the highway,identifying the business. <br /> The applicant is proposing signage for identification of the gas station as well as a <br /> manual changeable track system sign for the display of gas prices. The proposed signs <br /> would be on both the east and west sides of the existing gas canopy. The proposed <br /> signage for identification of the gas station would read "Pequot Lakes Fuel Center" and <br /> would be 15'x 3' (45 sq. ft.).
