Review following possible improvements: <br /> • Street <br /> - wider or narrower lanes, bike lanes, etc. <br /> • Parking <br /> - more defined spaces vs using grass, diagonal, etc. <br /> • Sidewalks <br /> - wider or narrower, crosswalks,room for streetscaping, etc. <br /> Reason for Project/Goals <br /> —Include some kind of streetscape for the long-term? <br /> • Review other resources such as the Comprehensive Plan; <br /> small town feel;Paul Bunyan Trail and trailside park assets;gathering place; <br /> enhance local businesses;walkable downtown <br /> --Include the private property side? <br /> —And, while construction is always messy, we want to <br /> do what we can to minimize the impact on businesses <br /> and the community. <br /> Reason for Project/Goals <br /> 5 <br />
