Independent School District#186, 30805 Olson Street, for an addition; <br /> 2. Jake Soukup, 31093 North Washington Avenue, for an accessory structure; <br /> 3. Steve Couette, 30275 Pequot Blvd., for a basement; <br /> 4. Heritage House, 5384 Country Care Lane, for a sign; <br /> 5. Byron Wolf, 28267 Hurtig Road, for an accessory structure; <br /> 6. James and Dawn Schulz, Brunes Street, for a new home and garage; <br /> 7. Ken Larson, 31264 Eastwood Drive, to extend Land Use Permit#09-53. <br /> *** Permit applications through September, 2011 are 51, compared with 51 for 2010, <br /> 59 for 2009, 83 for 2008, 100 for 2007, 98 for 2006, 128 for 2005 and 120 for 2004! <br /> B. September 15 letter to Wando Gorgoschlitz regarding lot subdivision; <br /> 5. September 21 letter from MN/DOT to Gloria Dei; <br /> 6. September 29 letter to Dan LeDuc, American Legion Commander, regarding <br /> complaint; <br /> 7. September 30 letter to David Koblas regarding Cease and Desist Order; <br /> 8. October 5 letter to Carol Painter regarding CUP application; <br /> 9. October 6 letter to Dale and Ione Olson regarding resolution of violation; <br /> 10. October 6 letter to CLA Properties, LLC regarding violation resolution; <br /> 11. Postcard regarding potential violation(Koblas above). <br /> C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The city staff is <br /> currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will <br /> report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> ➢ Thomas Tulenchik—We have received the Compliance Inspection.
