The City Code prohibits the acceptance of an application from a property
owner having outstanding violations. The City has been more than patient in working
with you to restore this beach area, dating back to 2007. Once the beach area has been
completely restored and the items being stored along the walking path have been
removed, please contact us to schedule a site visit. One the property is no longer in
violation, you may resubmit the land use application.
Sincerely,
Dawn Bittner
Zoning Administrator
Enc.: August 9, 2011 correspondence
C: Planning Commission
Wilderness Resort Villas, LLC—Edina Address
4-638 COUNTY RoAD 11 • PFQuoT LAKES,TN1N 56472• (218) 568-5222• FAX: (218) 568-5860•wwwpequodakes-mn.gov
