American National Bank Sign <br /> Chairman Pederson explained that the existing time and temperature portion of their sign <br /> is broken and they can no longer get parts to repair. The sign to replace is somewhat <br /> smaller–21 sq. ft. vs. 10 sq. ft. Only the digital part is being replaced. <br /> Mr. Marohn clarified that State Statutes state existing non-conforming uses have the right <br /> to maintain it and replace it indefinitely. We do have an obligation to allow them to do <br /> something with this.
