Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is <br /> currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will <br /> report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> ➢ Thomas Tulenchik—Mr. Tulenchik has been advised of the unresolved violations <br /> on his parcel. (5105) <br /> ➢ Virgil Dahl—This matter has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney. <br /> (10/06) <br /> ➢ Peterson, Gary—Extensive grading. Mr. Peterson has been fined by the MPCA <br /> and the MPCA is monitoring restoration. (7/08) <br /> ➢ Thomas and Janice Link—Constructed garage in side yard setback. Their <br /> Variance Reconsideration request was approved at the March meeting. Staff will <br /> monitor. (6/08) <br /> ➢ Kristine Sivanich—Exterior storage and abandoned vehicles. Most of the items <br /> have been removed. Staff will continue to monitor. (5/09 and 6/11) <br /> ➢ Jan Lee—Exterior storage and abandoned vehicles. The vehicles have current <br /> registration. Most of the exterior storage has been removed. The 2 refrigerators <br /> and the garbage have been removed. Staff will continue to monitor. (5/09) <br /> ➢ David and Renee Anderson—Lot Line Encroachment(6/10) <br /> ➢ Dale &Ione Olson—Shoreline Alteration with no permit. (8/10) <br /> ➢ Roberta Luchka—Exterior Storage. (10/10 and 6/11) <br /> ➢ Lloyd Wass—Construction uncompleted. His attorney informed City he will <br /> have the log structures completed by Fall, 2011. (10/10) <br /> ➢ John and Barbara Derksen—The antique snowmobiles have been neatly stored. <br /> We consider this matter resolved. (12/10) <br /> ➢ William Moen—Lawn(6/11; 6/10; 6/09;6/08; 6/06) <br /> ➢ Timothy& Cynthia Moore—Lawn. The lawn has been mowed. Staff will <br /> monitor.
