Section 15-3.28. ANNUAL REPORT The City shall provide an annual report of SSTS permitting activities to MPCA no later than February 1 for the previous calendar year. Section 15-3.29. FEES From time to time, the City Council shall set fees for activities and services undertaken by the City pursuant to this Article, by resolution. Fees shall be due and payable at a time and in a manner to be determined by the City. Section 15-3.30.
