ORDINANCE NO. 14-06, SECOND SERIES AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE CITY CODE REGARDING VEGETATION REMOVAL CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES COUNTY OF CROW WING STATE OF MINNESOTA The City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: Purpose and Intent: The purpose of this ordinance amendment is to amend Chapter 17 of the Pequot Lakes City Code regarding"Vegetation Removal." Amendment: Chapter 17, Section 3.2 "Definitions," Section 5.15 "Land Use Matrix," Section 5.2 "Open Space (OS)," Section 5.5 "Agriculture (AG)," Section 5.6"Rural Residential (RR)," Section 5.13 "Light Industrial (LI),"and Section 5.14 "Recreation (R)." shall be amended as follows: Section 17-3.2. DEFINITIONS 246. Vegetation Removal,Clear Cutting. The removal of fner-e then 75% and up to 1000% of a stmd of tfees and bfush over- 10 �fi�in height on or-paFeel of iand up to 4 0 aeres.
