AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3 OF THE CITY CODE <br /> RELATING TO COMPENSATION FOR MAYOR AND COUNCIL PERSONS <br /> CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> COUNTY OF CROW WING <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: <br /> Purpose and Intent. The purpose and intent of this ordinance amendment is to amend <br /> Chapter 3 of the Pequot Lakes City Code relating to compensation for Mayor and <br /> Council Members. <br /> Amendment. Chapter 3, Article 2, shall be amended as follows: <br /> Section 3-2.1 Mayor—The Mayor shall receive$400$350 per month plus an additional <br /> $15 per special meeting. <br /> Section 3-2.2 Council Person—€€fee ive januafy 1 20 08 Effective January 1, 2013, <br /> each Council Person of the City shall receive$375 $325 per month plus an additional $15 <br /> per special meeting. <br /> Effective Date: This ordinance shall take effect on January 1, 2013, following its <br /> publication. <br /> Passed and adopted by the Pequot Lakes City Council this 4t'day of September, 2012. <br /> ha t I d'(/, at a.,4/� <br /> Nancy A.
