ORDINANCE NO. 11-06 SECOND SERIES <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE CITY CODE <br /> RELATING TO PUBLIC USES <br /> CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> COUNTY OF CROW WING <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: <br /> Purpose and Intent: The purpose of this ordinance amendment is to amend Chapter 17 <br /> of the Pequot Lakes City Code relating to Public Uses. <br /> Amendment: Chapter 17,Article 3.2 Definitions shall be amended as follows: <br /> Section 17-3.2 DEFINITIONS <br /> Public Use The use of land or structures by public-entities for uses including,but not <br /> limited to parks public buildings and athletic fields. <br /> Amendment: Chapter 17, 5.15 Land Use Matrix shall be amended as follows: <br /> Section 17-5.15 LAND USE MATRIX <br /> USE OS FM AG WR SR TR RR DMU C SC R UR LI <br /> Public <br /> Use P P P P P P P P P P P P P <br /> Effective Date: This ordinance amendment shall be in full force and effect from and <br /> after passage and publication according to state law. <br /> Repeal: This ordinance shall repeal all ordinances inconsistent herewith. <br /> Passed by the Pequot Lakes City Council this 4h day of October, 2011. <br /> lkww Gl <br /> Nancy Ad s,Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Sandra Peine, City Clerk <br />
